John Stewart has an interesting discussion about Trump in his podcast.

One point is that Trump looks at a win/win scenario as being for suckers.
He only sees win/lose as winning so everything is set up so someone else will suffer in his dealings.

Since 1945 America has been the instigator of win/win negotiations and has created a relatively stable world as a result.
Trump now wants to destroy this and be the winner who takes all from everyone he deals with, like our allies.

Actually, it's even worse. Not only doesn't he believe in win/win, he also doesn't believe in lose/lose. He thinks if someone else is whining, that must mean he's winning.

This is part of why he's cruel to everyone. It's his way of "winning".

That all Republicans seem to think that destroying the world order and letting Trump try to grab everything for himself is a wonderful thing. history has shown over and over that this results in repeating cycles of misery and horror for everyone except a small elite, but Republicans seem to think this is the wonderful future that they are eager to experience.
