Except Russia, which is probably just there for appearances, so there could be one predominantly Caucasian/Christian country on the list.
Thailand and Laos are outliers as well. Why those two and not, say, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines (none of them should be on the list, to be clear).
