about all the people Trump has targeted with prosecution in revenge for not doing what Trump wants and someone pointed out that it would be very, very credible to the Courts for someone like Powell to claim malicious prosecution. Especially when Trump too targets Blue States or Democratic officeholders. It is going to become even a more credible defence or way to get the case dropped by judges, as the number of revenge prosecutions increase in this Trump term.

He's not just destroying government and the news and healthcare and Congress and law firms and Universities and the Supreme Court, etc., he is also dismatleling the authority and credibility of prosecutors and the court system on the whole. Is this intentional like the Alberta Government of Daniel Smith trying everything to bankrupt the Public Health Care system (it's working) into crisis so private health care can step in and take over?
