Is the following too extreme...or hateful...or even kooky?
What if "they" gave a war … costume party and everybody came "cooly" dressed the same?
You know? Like everyday was Halloween (would that be legal?)
So that EVERYONE you saw were wearing the same, what do you call it…uniform… bought at your local costume store?
Eye glasses, (dark to not hurt eyes), goggles (to keep out blowing...dust), fake helmut, super soaker squirt gun, but no masks (they're illegal to wear in public, right?)
Be a pretty good game trying to identify friends who all look alike for a good laugh or a party ice-breaker.

For a fleeting moment.
If everybody just wore militia gear everyday and showed up wherever ICE shows up, they'd have a hard time figuring out who is one of them and who is not. I think masks and neck gaiters would be worth wearing,it would help to confuse them. You could act like you're escorting their prey to some vehicle but let them go instead, and disappear yourself. They wouldn't know who did what.
It's just a thought but worth exploring for some adventurous types.
