Retribution?

This is most definitely hopelessly naive, or not possible, but is there any chance victims of ICE brutality could file a class action suit for damages (emotional and physical)?

Yesterday

Trump files, one trivial lawsuit after another knowing he won’t win. Maybe we should adapt that tactic.
