If Trump orders a military invasion of Greenland, whose side will you be on: Denmark (and most of the world) or USA?

going to Arlington National Cemetery to view the grave of a young family member who died fighting a war against Venezuela, or Denmark, or Canada? Can you imagine the mix of anger, shame and irony you might feel. Especially if you and your family voted for Trump.

A National Embarrassment is what we are living through.

the people enough that Trump will get Greenland. They are just like most other humans everyone
is for sale at the right price.

He can offer cash to the Greenlanders to get them to vote for independence, but the way the arrangement with Denmark is set up is that Greenland can't unilaterally remove itself from Denmark. Since Denmark funds Greenland's social programs, which include health care and other benefits the people wouldn't get as US citizens, those bribes wouldn't go very far if Greenland became a territory of the US (and it would be just a territory like Puerto Rico or Guam, with exactly zero electoral votes).
