Again, why the hell hasn't that been leaked by a true patriot in the government apparatus?

I’m certain he and Putin talk all the time and have been for years on the phone to each other often Steve Miller probably talks all the time to Russia’s foreign ministers. they run to Putin to get validation for the cruelty there are perpetrating.

it seems unlikely that clandestine communications would ever come to light - short of a whistleblower, and that’s risky bidness.
