Ta Da...Surprise...The run up on the stock of both Chevron and Halliburton began 24 hours prior to the Venezuela attack.

The attack on Venezuela was launched during the very early morning hours of Saturday, January 3rd. The stock of both Chevron and Halliburton began moving up from the opening bell of trading on the morning of Friday, January 2nd.
