CNN. Cool story about Mar-a-Lago's "Secure internet lines, sophisticated telephone system, & monitors." Who paid for it?

Kevin Liptak penned a truly spectacular fanboy article: "Mar-a-Lago is a familiar place for Trump to manage high-stakes military operations."

"Secure internet lines, a sophisticated telephone system and several monitors, one showing a live feed of posts on X, ensured the president’s access to real-time information."

Now, I COULD BE MISTAKEN, but it seems like we've normalized...even celebrated...retro-fitting Trump's country club in order to "manage high-stakes military operations." And gosh, I WONDER WHO PAID FOR IT?

Maybe I just don't appreciate Trump enough, as he tells us.

Grifting is Trump’s daily exercise.

I doubt Trump had this command post built according to the rigorous security specification typical for this.

More like an Internet provider or ISP. Hey, there’s a full price phone upgrade every four years. Free HBO and Disney+.

Besides, what does that actually take? A $600 cellphone?
