but the Venezuelans won't be. The place will be renamed the U.S. Territory of New South Texas (or New South Florida). English will be the official language, along with Swedish. One might have expected Rex Tillerson to be named Czar of Resources if he hadn't called Trump a moron (though Trump may not remember for the right price).
