Hernández had been sentenced to 45 years in federal prison in June 2024 for conspiring to import hundreds of tons of cocaine into the U.S.

It's the Monroe Doctrine (singular). It bars European powers from aggression in the Americas; it does not give the US that right. And Donald has no idea what the Monroe Doctrine is.
