was because it addressed keeping insurance companies profitable. A big part of the Iraq "rebuilding" was profits for US companies.

I can only assume that Trump has decided to Make Venezuela Great Again because he's completely failed to Make America Great Again, so he's moving on to a target he thinks will be easier.

According to Trump's press conference, lucky Venezuelans will be getting peace, prosperity, and a huge financial dividend from their oil reserves. Sounds like paradise. Meanwhile Americans will be getting more expensive food, drug, and energy prices, and doubled healthcare premiums.

Doesn't actually distract the people affected from the fact they are getting hammered, but it gets the people in front of him (DC press, and FUX on the telly) to stop talking about it. That's good enough, for a lazy, criminal, loser psycho like him.
