Our military leaders are allowing a mentally 3rd grade level idiot to start wars.

There is no precedent or case where the U.S. lawfully captured a sitting foreign president without either 1) congressional authorization, 2) an active AUMF, or 3) a prolonged occupation to justify Article II power. We must think outside the box to get to the military leaders. Maybe large protests of shame outside their homes. They should be putting cuffs on the madman not following him. We are a disgrace around the world.

to bring Noriega to the US, there was no such authorization to invade Panamá. It seems an important point.

And the idiot is an elected idiot. Civilian leadership of the military sounds great, but it still depends upon who those civilians are. One more way in which an ignorant and apathetic electorate is not going to produce optimal results.

was that Hitler thought he was smarter than his Generals.

If Trump blunders our way into a major war does anyone reading this have any doubts that he will try to micro manage his Generals. We'll lose.
