I don't understand why the CIA hasn't had enough of Trump.

We know the Republican Party allows Trump to do anything he wants, but how can the intelligence communities let this shit show of domestic and foreign chaos keep going on and on?

There's probably nobody left in the CIA who opposes him.

A lot of folks go to Intelligence because they're either authoritarian "Defenders of the Faith", control freaks who want to be in the "room where it happens" , or adrenaline junkies who can't get enough of causing chaos but don't like to stick around for the aftermath and responsibility. And those are the personalities the leaders within the intelligence community look to hire
Then you get the external money and political power bases angling to control intelligence "mission" priorities, and the priorities begin to start leaning more to benefitting who funds the mission than any national of strategic benefit of the mission itself.

in South America including Operation Condor:

...the CIA also acted as an intermediary in meetings between Argentine, Brazilian, and Uruguayan death squads.

I'm sure tyrannical military dictator Pinochet would be proud of the U.S. tyrant following in his footsteps.
