I mean c'mon man, Campbell's chicken noodle soup using 3D printed chickens?
How in the hell are we going to get rid of a cold now?
My grandma made the best chicken noodle soup.
She used a fatty chicken, made her own noodles, it's all I wanted to eat when we visited for holidays.

(17,467 posts)'Campbell's Exec Fired After "3D Printed Chicken" Claim -- But What's Really Going On?'
"Campbells is dealing with an unusual crisis this week, and somehow 3D printing ended up in the middle of it."
"It all began when a former employee, Robert Garza, released an audio recording as part of a lawsuit he filed against the company. In the tape, broadcast by a Michigan TV station, a Campbells VP in the IT department, Martin Bally, goes on a one-hour, profanity-filled rant about the companys food and the people who buy it. At one point, he claims that Campbells uses 'bioengineered meat' and even says he doesnt want to eat 'a piece of chicken that came from a 3D printer.' "
"More specifically Bally said: 'Who buys our s**t? I dont buy Campbells products barely any more. Its not healthy now that I know what the f**ks in it
bioengineered meat. I dont wanna eat a piece of chicken that came from a 3D printer.' "
"The comments became public pretty quickly, and articles from many outlets picked up the '3D printed chicken' line because it was such a strange and oddly specific thing to say. Campbells responded the next day with a formal statement confirming the voice on the recording was in fact Ballys, calling his claims 'patently absurd,' and clarifying that the chicken in their soups comes from long-trusted, USDA-approved suppliers. They also confirmed that Bally is no longer employed by the company."

(2,100 posts)I remember she rolled out the dough for the noodles and then hung it on the back of a kitchen chair while preparing the rest of the soup.
My mother made chicken noodle soup, too, but not to the extent my gramma did. She used Swanson's broth and store-bought noodles but it tasted good, too.
In my younger days, I used to eat Campbell's chicken noodle soup and my mother would get mad and say "There's no nutritional value in that shit!"
