I don't agree with him, but he is meeting this moment, he is staying true to his principles and he is putting this nation first. We may disagree on many policy issues, but he is being a leader in this horrid time. Libertarians like him can't be watching the shitshow going on thinking that is them. Not even close.

Massie at least seems to begin with facts. He may draw different opinions and conclusions, but that is the nature of debate within a democracy. It is actually a beautiful thing to see a Republican making a case based on real, objective facts.

And to be fair, Rand Paul has done that more than most of his Republican colleagues. Maybe we don't share his conclusions, but we should celebrate the ability to have a legitimate debate that is not based on lunacy.
