Asha Rangappa has an interesting theory re:the regimes reason for invading Venezuela.

And she knows her stuff.

I keep saying this but no one is connecting the dots. The war is to satisfy legal preconditions for mass removal *domestically* of Latinos (i.e., suddenly a lot of people are going to be “Venezuelan” for purposes of removal). This is 100% Stephen Miller…oil claim is to make grandpa go along

If that is the goal, they don't have the people power in the agencies to do it. They can't keep up now. dutch777 Dec 17 #1

Last I ran numbers, at the present rate of deportations (actually sending people out of the US), to even get the 11 million gone that Trump says are "illegals" it would take decades. And while they are hiring more and so on, just can't ramp up that fast. When the Congress changes to Dem in 2026, things will get log jammed even more. And if you really make a big dent in the Latino community, you also make a big dent in the available US labor force, you collect less taxes, their are less consumers supporting our consumer driven economy and on and on. I do realize that Miller and others could care less about downstream affects but the GOPers standing for reelection may pay attention as their voters are already incensed about lack of inflation control and other economic issues and may vote accordingly.
