It worked for eighty years.
We repeal all tax cuts, breaks,
and go back to a 91% tax
No more millionaires
No more billionaires
and No more trillionaires

Millionaires aren't that rich. Billionaires, OTOH, are simply milking the system and are detrimental to democracy.

So if they pay 90% in a roaring economy, they get that money back ten times over.
