Expect Trump to demolish the rest of the White House
I feel it in my bones; he's going to do it. It's probably been his plan the entire time. He'll claim that he needs to demolish and rebuild the entire White House complex because the symmetry will be off with the enormity of the Trump Ballroom. Before anybody accuses me of fear mongering, Did you ever in your wildest dreams think he would demolish the East Wing? Remember the jokey memes from his first regime when people posted doctored photos of a gilded White House with flashing neon signs? Like Biff Tannen's casino in Back to the Future. They actually modelled Biff Tannen on Trump. clearly somebody is going through old memes on the internet about Trump and using it as a playbook. Yes, we are living that right now.
More predictions:
I think he's going to do off a nuke. To prove how powerful he is and how treaties mean nothing to him. I think he'll do it at the Nevada Test Site or in the open ocean, probably the later because it will be an even bigger FU to environmentalists. I think its something that's crazy enough that he'll do it just for the tee hees and to own the Libs.
I think he's also going to really ransack the National Park system, like drilling in Yellowstone or at the very least build Trump hotels in existing national parks.
