Weird news conference on Reiner murder. MSNOW.

A lot of vagueness.

They still haven't gotten a warrant to enter the house.

LAPD giving a statement now:

3:40 LAPD and LAFD responded to the home in Brentwood. Two deceased inside the residence. Investigation ongoing. Not releasing info on the identity of the deceased individuals. That will come from coroner's office.

They'll (probably) have more info tomorrow morning.

They aren't looking for any suspects.

No one has been detained. No one is being interviewed as a suspect. Won't comment on injuries. That info will come in the coming days.

They have to get a search warrant because there's an issue of standing with the home. Reporter asked if someone is not letting them in. "Irrelevant."

Reporter: The Mayor has already confirmed it's the Reiners.

LAPD has to get inside the home to determine if a crime has been committed.

Okay, this is kind of nuts.

Nicole Simpson murder and how the LAPD basically screwed up the investigation. They are hyper cautious. I didn’t catch if it is only in that area? Rich areas or everywhere?

a warrant by now. Seems as though they're going out of their way to be cautious. Possibly afraid of lawsuits? The family has announced the deaths, so it seems beyond mysterious.

Asking if someone was in the home. The spokesman/detective wouldn’t say.
