Disapppointing, but the right thing to do if the evidence didn't pan out. The irony, though, allegorical oracle Dec 15 #9

After they released his name and photo to the press?

Are they releasing the name or releasing the person from custody?

Reporting was that he had two guns in his hotel room when he was taken into custody.

Sorry for detaining you? Here are your guns back?

Everyone posts stuff as fast as Google will serve it up, then righteously bloviates speculation on it. How’d you like to be him Monday morning at work or applying for a job? Insurance companies need to start selling social media mis-trial insurance for when the cops, media bloggers or internet sleuths associate the wrong people with reprehensible acts. That sticks with you for life online.

Q: What exactly was the evidence that led you to this person of interest?

A: …this specific one it was actually picked up by the, by the FBI, and they followed through with it, and they ended up coming and locating this individual of interest.

is that ICE can grab anybody -- evidence or not -- and detain the person in a hell-hole for weeks or even deport them.

Watched the presser and there were innuendoes that the feds may have fumbled the ball. They still believe that the 10-second video of the man walking down the sidewalk is the murderer. Officials are begging the public to check surveillance cameras.
