Not just economically, but politically and socially as well.
History will judge him as not having made a single positive contribution to Humanity.
Essentially, he has no redeeming social values whatsoever.
However, the biggest negative judgement will be levied on all those Americans who voted for him again, again, and again. They are the ones who are truly to blame for what's happening now.
