The SAVE Act violates the Voting Rights Act

And I am confident the Supreme Court will invalidate it.

The Voting Rights Act that is, those fuckers hate the Constitution and Democracy.

Women are to be silent, like Taliban rule. Stay indoors, and no voting, no careers, birth children until death.

Let's see you run the country without women. It will be more utter failure. Epic failure.

There is no such thing as a law that cannot be modified or overridden by another law.

Codified the 15th Amendment.
But this SCOTUS doesn't uphold the Constitution either.

It will be up to the Supreme Court to decide if the new law is constitutional.

Which requires a supreme court decision. Now you're saying the Supreme Court is going to declare it constitutional?

because too many of their rulings ignore the Constitution.
There is the Constitution and what it says, and what this Court does, they rarely are the same.

But I suspect the ruling will hinge on state control of elections (state elections clause) not on the fifteenth amendment. If it is based on the 15th amendment, they would have to do a careful tapdance to get around their own recent (conservative) decision eliminating federal oversight of voting rights in states with a history of civil rights discrimination.

The U. S. constitution very clearly gives the states the legal authority to conduct elections. This is why the repug Rehnquist 5's Bush vs Gore ruling is unconstitutional. It took away Florida's right to conduct an election and count all of the uncounted votes. This is how we got tRump.
