Must be really nice for some smart people to put into words what most of the population knows, suspects, or is soon to learn.

I'd be more impressed if someone said . . . where to from here, back to the time when America was great, before Trump decided to take an interest in politics . . . and come up with a viable plan to make that happen.

Of course other countries are busy making plans to short circuit Trump's deranged outpourings as best they can, but few of those plans would work from within America.

Personal note:
Way back in 1988 wife-to-be and me did a lap of the globe, mainly to visit her UK and US relatives.
Did a quickie marriage in Maidenhead, London, UK, 15th August 1988, visited a few interesting places, then off to the US.

Came across a few places where the living was cheap and easy, and I seriously thought . . . I'd like to come back here to live permanently once I'm retired.

That feeling has evaporated, sorry to say folks.

The person concerned one of the starving people doesn't deserve food got a hundred million dollar trust fund when they turned 18.

My Wife and I take a hundred bucks worth of groceries up to the local food bank every month. So far it is amply supplied. A muckety muck in town told me that some of “those” people don’t work on purpose. Thus he gives nothing. I don’t give “them” a second thought when we contribute. And what we see when we drop off is mostly old couples with very young children. Fuck conservative values. With a pitchfork.
