Chris Murphy for Senate Minority Leader.

No one in America is asking to throw millions off their health insurance, close rural hospitals and shutter drug treatment clinics in order to pass along a giant tax cut for billionaires. No one is asking for that - except for Trump's billionaire friends.

In recent times it has been one track or the other.

Senators running for president typically miss tons of votes and spend a lot of time away from the Senate, not really compatible with the responsibilities of leading the entire caucus.
