Well, it was an update on the melanoma. He had surgery to remove it. Clean margins.
Doctor thinks no radiation or chemo or anything needed, but will need to be watched for the rest of his life.
(Dad is almost 82).
It was a short, awkward conversation.
No politics were discussed.
No future plans to get together or anything.

Both my folks were gone before drumphf came down the escalator.
Mom would have been 125%+ against him.
Dad probably against, or he might not have cared at a certain point (depression)
Both Liberal Democrats.
