It also didn't require inside information. There was likely to be a bounce, the bond market reacted, and he's been ping-ponging on tariffs for weeks.

all that has been done. I think people give him far too much credit for following orders. It's the unknowable cabal that is giving the orders which is maddening. Instead of who benefits, it's more who hasn't gotten hurt. The way they unload billions every election cycle what would it take to hurt people like that? There's got to be some lines drawn somewhere but with all the chaos it must be a hoot for them all.
