They can choose to release him, or not. We have no legal power to compel them to do so.

that we can't get all of them back. Trump paid, what, $8 million? to put them there. El Salvador has no vested personal interest in those people. Give them $8 million more to reverse the process. Money talks, bullsh*t walks. This "jurisdiction" argument is bullsh*t. We have the money to buy them back.
