It is a rip off of federally funded services which belong to the American people. Muskrat and his fellow broligarchs are outright stealing these contracts. Even in situations where our government contracts out for services, there is a bidding process. And qualified people from the agencies decide who will get the contract. None of that process has been done.

There were three dots at the right, and you just clicked on them and then on Transcript. Now you have to, after you start the video with the CC on, scroll down a little bit and look for the word "Transcript" on the left. At least it' a different color. Also, it unfolds with the video, so you have to play it to the end before you can copy the whole thing. And Ctrl+A doesn't work - at least it didn't for me, perhaps there's a way I didn't try. But Ctrl+A gave me the whole darned page. So I just started at the end, held down the shift key, and scrolled to the top.

I have a very dear friend who is deaf - as least he was - he had one cochlear implant which has worked pretty well, although he kind of had to learn how to hear again. But he's getting the other one next week. I used to do transcripts for his benefit if I was recommending a video. But if the second works as well as the first, I may end up forgetting all these skills LOL.
