"Well boy, we are pilgrims in an unholy land"
I remember this quote from Indiana Jones and the Lost Crusade. Sean Connery and Harrison Ford are playing father and son and are undercover in Nazi Germany. Connery says this while watching a torchlight parade.
These days, I think about this quote a lot. The American government is deeply dark, frightening and full of dread conviction. As people say, the cruelty IS a feature and not a bug. So until reformation comes, I will walk as a pilgrim through this unholy land.
