Don't remember Joe Biden needing to warn Canada

And the EU not to ally against us. It is almost like it was because Canada and European countries were allied with us back then. Ah, the distant past.

At least Trump's plan to destroy all our alliances is going to have a huge payoff. Which appears to be nothing.
