Had known him for a long time at DU and it was always a good and interesting conversation with him. I too think he would try to encourage DU right now, while giving Trump a lot of deserved vitriol.

Interactions with him and I admired his writing style. But he always called me "Sir" even after I politely told him that I'm not a guy.
