Taking Bets. Trump is likely seething.
So I’m taking bets. Very likely that Trump is seething over Biden’s eulogy, where portions were clearly directed at him. How long will he wait today before he tweets (or whatever you call it) something vicious about Joe? Will he wait until President Carter is actually in the ground?
And what about George W, who didn’t shake his hand?

When you watch the linked video, Obama is taken a bit back by "W"'s brush-off of Trumpf. But Trumpf didn't stand when Dubya approached, like Obama immediately did.
Obama then makes a little witty comment to Trumpf to probably diffuse the slight.

Remember when Barbara Bush passed, and they requested that Chump NOT ATTEND her funeral? That's when he was President too. Chump was very insulting towards Dubya's brother Jeb when he ran in the GOP primary. When George HW Bush passed they couldn't bar Chump from attending his funeral, but they gave him no opportunity to speak or make it about himself, which he would have done.
In Chump's 3 runs for the Presidency, Dubya has made it clear - all 3 times - that he refused to vote for Chump. There's probably other stuff I'm forgetting, but you get the picture.
