I'm so pissed off that the MAL documents case is not going to be made public, that I've made my own report.

The grifter stole classified and top secret documents. He hid them. He sold them to the highest bidder. He traded them for whatever personal benefit was available. He shared them with his friends for benefit or amusement.

He obstructed the National Archives and the FBI. He lied.

He put classified and top secret documents in places they wouldn't be secure, such as a bathroom and a public stage area.

He compromised our National Security.

He handled documents containing intelligence in such a way as to put other nations at risk as well.

He enlisted his employees to help him obstruct an investigation. He enlisted others to tell lies for him.

I don't know if any part of Jack Smith's report identified and specific damage that occurred as a result of the grifter providing classified and top secret documents to people who used them for nefarious reasons.

If I had been investigating, I might have identified some. Remember – one of the documents contained information about the military (and nuclear) capabilities of an ally. It was reported that the information was about Israel.

It wouldn't surprise me if intelligence from our govt made it to Putin and assisted him in his invasion in Ukraine. I have no concrete evidence, but this will have to substitute for similar information that was denied of us.

I am sure there are many incidents that happened across our globe in the past four years that might be such an example.

I watched cable tv on August 8, 2022, as the FBI served a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago. I looked forward to the investigation and the resulting trial. And then we realized Aileen Cannon had figured out a way to deprive us of that trial. But we still had the Special Counsel's report from Jack Smith to look forward. And now that we have been deprived of that as well, I am offering up what I can...for all of us.

This report is not a final product. I welcome addendums from all of you.

Smith would have charged trump, simple as that. If Smith had the evidence, he's worse than Mueller. Silent Type Jan 8 #3

What else did the Jack Smith team uncover?

Will we ever know?

I think Biden should release it. What are they gonna do, arrest him? No - immunity for official acts.

But I’d bet money he doesn’t have that evidence. That doesn’t mean I don’t think trump would have done something like that. But Smith or his staff would have run straight to courthouse to announce the biggest evidence in politics.

What would be cool is if Smith’s report calls trump an ignorant old fool and Nazi, since Hur made some comment about Biden.

5. Two addendums

Two players in the story of the documents, to add to the summary -
1)Kash Patel was the liaison with the National Archives, while the grifter was obstructing the National Archives. I had not remembered that.
2) Susie Wiles was the person we heard on tape, and known at the PAC consultant in the indictment, who was shown the classified map. They all giggled as the grifter shared classified secrets.

Lisa Rubin referenced these two factoids on MSNBC earlier. She was offering legal analysis and punditry. It is possible we will get to see the actual report, after all. It might happen as early as Sunday...fingers crossed.
