Gallon of Milk for $3.99 at Meijer

It was $2.89 a gallon a week ago. I'm sure in 17 days it will be down to $1.99 a gallon. I mean, the stable genius can do anything.

Bird flu is very bad here. A child died in Merced County from bird flu but it is wiping out an astonishing amount of animals.

My tongue in check comment was more directed at the shrinkflation aspect of the cost of products.

I’m very atune to the H5N1 situation; as I work in a zoological capacity. We’re extremely vigilant and conducting bio security measures as we can in an effort to protect our staff and residents in our conservation care collections.

Prices have skyrocketed so much they're not even showing the price of a dozen ordinary eggs. I feel I was not only ripped off, but also surprised.

My local Meijer's store brand is $2.92 a gallon while
Kemps is $4.99 unless it's 1%, then it's $1.99 until
1-11. I don't get it.

It was reduced because it expires 1/9, which will be ample time for me to consume it, so I got a deal. The gallons expiring later were priced at $2.69.
