It still puzzles me, even after 30 years or so of online participation. Why don't people just stop posting, and maybe come back later if they want to? Why the need for draramatic flouncing, for the woe is me big pronouncements? It's just a forum.

Earl, if you're reading this, I hope you'll make an exception and let Koz stay. I don't know what got hidden, but Koz is a beloved member of our community and someone whom we've been able to help through some devastating losses. I understand the rules are the rules, but sometimes you have to bend the rules a little to make the world a better place.

I let him back in and sent a brief two sentence reply telling him his account was reactivated and asking him to please try not to get any more posts removed. That’s all.
