Murkowski- "everybody toe the line, everybody line up, we got you here, and if you want to survive, you better be good

don't get on Santa's naughty list here because we will primary you."

So they are threatening their Senators. Be a good little toady, or you are gone.

This is fascism.

Trump and his appointees know evil and lies. Doing good for America is too hard. Thanks Neighbors. No Republican Senators, you will not be allowed to do the right and good thing. His appointees don’t need your scrutiny. What they have done in the past is none of your business. Because he has a mandate. Just ask any one who voted for him. The greatest presidential victory ever.

going to go down, (even for red Iowa).......Rumpys clout in a primary in early 26

may be somewhat diminished. Stranger things have happened in politics.

Fun facts:
Lisa Murkowski opposed Kavanaugh, supported Ketanj Brown Jackson, & voted to impeach Trump.

I remembered this so I was surprised this waring came from her.

Good Grief.

“The approach is going to be 'Everybody toe the line, everybody line up. We got you here, and if you want to survive, you better be good. Don’t get on Santa’s naughty list here because we will primary you.' I mean, we are seeing that play out in real time right now with the nominees. (...) My friend, Joni Ernst, who is probably one of the more conservative, principled Republican leaders in the Senate right now, is being hung out to dry for not going good enough, and you’re going to get primaried. (...) I think we’re getting a little bit of a preview now of what it is going to mean to be allegiant to party, and I don’t think that is going to help us as a Republican Party, believe it or not."

They make a good salary, mysteriously leave office much wealthier than when they went it, pensions and totally paid for health care. Perks, respect, ceremony, fame, attention.

Some of them lose sight of what their job is supposed to be.

never even showed up to work. He owned land in a state he didn't represent, and was always working on real estate. The biggest jerks, 'tho, were the chiefs of staff. They got ridiculous six-figure salaries and rarely showed up to the office. They spent tons on liquor and it was paid for out of an entertainment budget (for visiting district dignitaries).

MTG and Gaetz took a whole summer off galavanting the country, taking selfies, and doing what we
can well imagine, sex, drugs, rock and roll on the US dime.

Yes the free booze flows like water, and other drugs of choice.
And of course the infamous sex parties we keep hearing about.
