A neighbor who's doing some work on my property told me he was "very happy" with how the election went. A construction worker with at most a high school education so I figured he was a maggot, but he's also a professed Christian so still shocking. I held my tongue because he does good work but...these people just have no clue. Literally living in an alternate universe.

He was "the world's most obvious con man," even when it was just puffing up the casinos he was building in Atlantic City. But, 50 years of being worked over with nonstop propaganda has turned a disturbing number of our fellow citizens into brain-dead reprogrammable meatheads who just swallow whatever shit their favored sources tell them to.
