Most likely they are military drones doing exercises that they cant tell us about.

out of rock. In the '50s they built them out of aluminum to hide in the Christmas trees. Now they build them out of coal so they look like carbon fiber. Tricky little devils.

green on starboard or right and a white light in the center. I still say somebody needs to fly a helicopter with a gyro stabilized camera up near them and get some pictures. Those cameras a capable of night vision images. By the way, the helicopter wouldn't have to get that close, those cameras are amazing.
